MAINTENANCE AND WASHING:

Can I wash my down jacket at home?
Yes, ensure all zippers are closed and that the garment is turned inside out. Wash at the temperature stated on your care label. It is best to use wool or down detergent. Tumble dry at maximum 60 degrees. For best results, add 5-6 tennis balls in the dryer to break up the down. It is important to not let your down product remain in water for an extended amount of time.
The down stayed together after washing it, what do I do?
Rinse your down product again. Soap residue makes the down clump together.
The down is leaking out. Is my product faulty? What should I do?
Your product is completely fine. Down will always leak a little bit through the seams of your product when new. This will cease with time. All our down products are used in combination with down proof fabric, however, feathers are sharp and may find a way out. If the feather is coming through the fabric, it is best to try to push it back in instead of pulling it out. This way, you prevent it from creating a hole.
Can I wash wool?
Yes, wool has numerous amazing properties such as odour and stain resistance. This means your wool does not need to be washed very often. Innovations means that many wool items can be machine washed. You must always follow the care label in your product.

How do I wash my wool product?
It is recommended to always wash wool on a wool programme with correct wool detergent. It is best washed at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle.
How do I dry my wool product?
The garment should be flat dried after wash. Line drying or on a hanger is not recommended, as the product may stretch due to the weight of the moisture contained by the garment, which results in it losing its shape. The best result is achieved by gently stretching the product by hand to restore its shape and size, and allowing your product to dry in natural air.
